CNC Machining:
A recent market survey conducted by ourselves using
various feedback channels has indicated an extremely
high demand for HI PRECISION HI EFFICIENCY HI
OUTPUT machining at competitively based prices in
the 1- 8 ton weight division.
Attempting to stay ahead in this market using
conventional labour-intensive machining methods is
just no longer a viable business option. We started
investing in Hi-Tech CAD (computer added design) and
CAM (computer added manufacturing) type machines
with great success to date in terms of input costs,
lead times and finish quality.
We now firmly believe that this is the way forward
for our company and have thus continued to reinvest
in these types of machines as with our latest
purchases Horizontal CNC Boring & Milling machines
from FEMCO.
We specialize in General Engineering and Precision
Engineering. For this we are using three CNC Boring
Mill machines which can accommodate variances of 6,
7 and up to 8 tons on their tables. This means we
can machine components from 1 ton and less and up to
8 ton.
We cater for all markets namely mining, industrial,
transport, engineering etc.

- Eliminate the need for excessive tear-down
and transporting equipment of machinery. Both
are time consuming and extremely costly.
- Our fully equipped mobile service allows us
to provide proper onsite repairs of worn or
over-sized bores on heavy equipment.
- The equipment and expertise that we have
mobilized allows us to in-line weld, line bore
and freeze fit new replacement bushes or
bearings on just about any type of heavy
equipment.
- In terms of dimensions we can redo bores
from 40mm to 500mm in diameter with a center
distance of up to 2.4m.
- Our onsite turnaround time is drastically
reduced by using an automated in-line bore
welding machine which eliminates the need for
re-weld after initial boring.
